Drawing on her years in both the real estate and financial planning industries, Rachael’s primary role is working with property owners in the maximisation of their asset; be that through leasing, acquisition of a quality asset, reducing outgoing costs to maximise cashflow or even advising around strategies to manufacture growth.

In the past 10 years having held roles as a property manager, sales agent and financial planning professional; coupled with extensive experience in personal property portfolio growth – Rachael is well experienced to be able to deliver the best possible result in all circumstances.

From the beginnings of her real estate career, Katrina has worked across a wide range of roles within the industry ranging from reception, sales admin to a property management role managing both commercial and residental properties.

Brendan Gibb

Completing university with a Bachelor of Business in 2010 saw Brendan become a successful sales agent prior to moving into an agency management role in 2016. Some career highlights include selling $1 billion worth of sales as an agent, managing and mentoring over 100 agents across 8 office locations, the creation of and roll out of a new real estate business model and most importantly the ability to secure his family’s future.

Having completed almost 10 development projects both in JVs and alone, as well as some renovations early on, Brendan has an innate understanding of both sides of the equation having purchased, sold, leased, renovated, sub-divided and constructed many properties personally.

Having entered the Rooming House space early on, he sought out and formed a lot of key relationships, amassed a wealth of knowledge and experienced a lot along the way to building a significant portfolio of personally owned Rooming Houses including both new-builds and renovation-conversions.

A firm believer that too many property professionals are simply under servicing their clients and therefore costing their clients unrealised gains, Brendan’s ability to draw on his knowledge, skill base and network of contacts ensures he is well positioned to provide the type of service which maximises his clients returns and delivers maximum value.



Having lived in the Tweed Valley/Tweed Coast all her life and being involved in the Real Estate landscape since 1993, Leica’s knowledge and area insights are a crucial part of our Property Management Team’s operations. He’s transacted many landmark properties as an agent and then later assist countless agents grow and achieve success.
In his personal life, he and Rachael have successfully completed 5 property development projects and grown a substantial property portfolio. Brendan possesses an excellent understanding of the multi-faceted world of property investing and has developed an extensive network of contacts involved in the property and investment landscape. He is an advocate for wealth creation and is motivated to show people how to take their lives to the next level. Brendan takes the road less travelled, but the road worth travelling.
