Built From Direct Experience

Upside Ave was founded by Rachael and Brendan Gibb after years in real estate sales, agency management and direct property development.

As active developers of rooming houses and multi-occupancy assets, we experienced firsthand the gap in the market. These properties were being managed like standard residential rentals. That created risk and left performance on the table. Upside Ave was built to close that gap. Not as a theory. As operators managing our own capital alongside our property owners’ assets.
