We started from humble beginnings and worked our way to success through sheer hard work, smart financial choices, and sacrifices for the sake of our wider future goals. Having worked in the real estate industry for over a decade, all whilst renovating, building, developing and eventually amassing our own unit block and Rooming House portfolio through a strategic and diligent approach – Upside Ave was born out of this journey.
We identified the market lacked any property management agencies who truly understood the unique Rooming Accommodation and Multi-Occupancy space and what it takes to provide an effective service for both owners and tenants of this property type.
Having lived and breathed it ourselves for many years and learning everything along the way – we switched into business development mode to determine what was missing and how we could provide the best possible service for such a niche market. The Multi-Occupancy landscape offers unique benefits to both property investors and tenants, but only with the perfect combination of tailored management and investor guidance and support!

Back then, we always wished we could have accessed a community of like minded individuals on a similar journey to us, whom we could share stories with, bounce ideas off, leverage each other’s contact networks and help guide each other along the way.
That is why now, we are so passionate about creating a community of like minded individuals who can mutually benefit each other, with support at the fingertips and genuine, informed guidance just a simple question away.
