LREA – Principal
Completing university with a Bachelor of Business in 2010 saw Brendan become a successful sales agent prior to moving into an agency management role in 2016. Some career highlights include selling $1 billion worth of sales as an agent, managing and mentoring over 100 agents across 8 office locations, the creation of and roll out of a new real estate business model and most importantly the ability to secure his family’s future.
Having completed almost 10 development projects both in JVs and alone, as well as some renovations early on, Brendan has an innate understanding of both sides of the equation having purchased, sold, leased, renovated, sub-divided and constructed many properties personally.
Having entered the Rooming House space early on, he sought out and formed a lot of key relationships, amassed a wealth of knowledge and experienced a lot along the way to building a significant portfolio of personally owned Rooming Houses including both new-builds and renovation-conversions.
A firm believer that too many property professionals are simply under servicing their clients and therefore costing their clients unrealised gains, Brendan’s ability to draw on his knowledge, skill base and network of contacts ensures he is well positioned to provide the type of service which maximises his clients returns and delivers maximum value.

Having lived in the Tweed Valley/Tweed Coast all her life and being involved in the Real Estate landscape since 1993, Leica’s knowledge and area insights are a crucial part of our Property Management Team’s operations. As a fully licensed Real Estate Agent with prior experience in the banking and legal sectors, Leica’s analytical ability lets her dive deeper into the real estate process and highlight details that would otherwise have gone unnoticed.
By paying attention to the smallest of details, Leica can pre-emptively correct deficiencies and ensure that her clients and customers can enjoy a hassle-free real estate experience.
